April is National Poetry Month. Time to to dust off those old notebooks and read some poems. Perhaps some new ones will be written. Who are your favorite poets? What poets have influenced you?
Sylvia Plath, Rumi, Edgar Allan Poe, John Milton, William Shakespeare, and Paul Laurence Dunbar are some poets who have influenced me.
