More Poems

Last night I wrote a couple of new poems. The subjects of sojourns, reflections, and contentment are the themes. I am writing more prose because my thoughts go way beyond the typical stanza format. I get in those streaks where many thoughts race in my mind and I need to record them in my notebook. If I have the opportunity to go to a particular place I'm writing, all the better.  

I've noted that I'm letting myself be more vulnerable, to let my emotions flow. This is something that I wouldn't have done a few years ago. It's not that I have to feel I've been left behind, it's appreciating the experiences I've had and that others are going through theirs.
